Homework Blahs

Today is our fifth day back at school and I'm already tired of homework! I don't think we had this much homework in High School let alone elementary school! We are blessed that both Samantha and Shelby are good students and we don't have to force them to do their homework. They are conscientious enough to do it themselves except for reading. Neither one of them like to read and it's been a real challenge in our household for seven years. They are both capable of reading but they simply don't like it. It's hard to socialize while reading . . . . .
